A little over a week ago, the PA MHI team hosted our Fall conference on Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.  The conference was funded in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Drexel University School of Public Health.  Click "read more" for presentations, resources, and more information about this great event!

Pennsylvania's Education for All Coalition, Inc. (PEAC) is hosting a conference on Relationships and Inclusion: Understading the Students, Understanding Ourselves on November 15th and 16th in King of Prussia.  Registration deadline is October 28th, so RSVP today!

Two of CHOP's REACH (Rapport, Empowerment, Advocacy, through Connections and Health) programs are hosting FREE events this fall!  The first - REACH for the Future - is taking place on Tuesday, October 29th.  Then, REACH for College will host two workshops on November 12th and 19th for high school students.  Click "Read more" for details!

If you are a resident of Wayne county, come out on September 21st to meet with representatives from resource organizations near you!  These resources are geared towards families with children with special health care needs (CSHCN).  The fair is free and open to the public.  Click "read more" for details.

Self Advocates United As 1 (SAU1) is hosting a FREE conference call on Thursday, October 17th for individuals with disabilities and their supporters.  The teleconference will focus on the ongoing initiatives of the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP).  "Read more" for details.

Devereux presents their 2nd annual conference for families of CYSHCN.  We'll have resource information there for PA MHI, so be sure to stop by.  Admission is free, all are encouraged to attend!  Registration is required.
