Fall REACH events

Two of CHOP's REACH (Rapport, Empowerment, Advocacy, through Connections and Health) programs are hosting FREE events this fall!  The first - REACH for the Future - is taking place on Tuesday, October 29th.  Then, REACH for College will host two workshops on November 12th and 19th for high school students.  Click "Read more" for details!

Wayne Pike Resource Fair

If you are a resident of Wayne county, come out on September 21st to meet with representatives from resource organizations near you!  These resources are geared towards families with children with special health care needs (CSHCN).  The fair is free and open to the public.  Click "read more" for details.

Self Advocates United As 1 (SAU1) is hosting a FREE conference call on Thursday, October 17th for individuals with disabilities and their supporters.  The teleconference will focus on the ongoing initiatives of the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP).  "Read more" for details.

Devereux presents their 2nd annual conference for families of CYSHCN.  We'll have resource information there for PA MHI, so be sure to stop by.  Admission is free, all are encouraged to attend!  Registration is required.

Kisses for Kyle is hosting a fun stroll and 5K in Abington, PA on October 12th to raise funds for families of children with pediatric cancer.  Check out details under "read more" to sign up or support this event!

The Pennsylvania Department of Health's Bureau of Family Health in partnership with the PA Elks Home Service Program has scheduled the remaining Special Kids Network Parent Youth Professional Forums (PYPF) for this fall!  Get the full schedule and details under "read more."

PEAL Center IEP Mini-Series
